- HCAHPS Data for selected Michigan hospitals
The MHA will be publishing Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers
and Systems (HCAHPS) data when CMS releases the full data set to organizations.
During the mean time, consumers can obtain specific hospital HCAHPS scores on the CMS Web site
Hospital Compare.
Holland Hospital does not have data available on the
CMS site due to a vendor data transmission problem.
Five other Michigan hospitals: Caro Community Hospital,
Deckerville Community Hospital, Harbor Beach Community Hospital,
Marlette Regional Hospital, and North Ottawa Community Hospital
have partial data available on the CMS site. The MHA in cooperation with
the affected hospitals have chosen to display their data for all nine months
on MI Hospital Inform.
Data for the affected hospitals has been supplied by their HCAHPS
vendor and is not official CMS data. Please click the following link to see
their specific scores.
